Who we are as people is who we are as a company. At ATD, we’re a company with a soul. When we come together in support of our associates, we show each other that weCare. The weCare Associate Relief Fund was created to give all ATD associates a way to help fellow team members during times of need.
Our weCare Associate Relief Fund provides short-term assistance to help bridge the financial gap by assisting associates experiencing significant financial hardship as a result of natural disaster, family emergency or other unexpected events. Through the support of ATD and generous gifts from our associates, we are able to support our associates in these times of unexpected hardship.

If you are facing a difficult situation, you can easily determine if you're eligible for program assistance and apply online. If you’re looking to support team members in need, you can make a tax-deductible contribution to the fund though a voluntary payroll deduction. To enroll in payroll deduction, you may visit Workday.
